Armistead Covington has been the Principal Broker of Covington Properties for nearly 10 years. Prior to that, she spent decades working in residential real estate, relocations, sales and as a broker at Coleman Realty, Walsh and Covington, Lila Delman, and Remax City Side. In 2011, she won the Costar award for most commercial property sold in R.I., and she earned her appraiser’s license in 2006.

Besides her professional expertise, Armistead brings a wealth of personal experience to the company, having assumed various caregiver and estate management roles in her own family. She knows the complexity of these issues firsthand and brings compassion, respect and sensitivity to all her clients.
